Integrating Sand Tray & Play Therapy

Sand tray is a dynamic, non-verbal intervention often used in play therapy.  In this workshop, participants will explore how they can integrate sand tray into their play therapy practice.  This workshop will highlight various approaches to sand tray, the theoretical underpinnings of sand tray when used in play therapy sessions, the logistics of integrating sand tray and play therapy. Additionally, participants will have the opportunity to practice various sand tray techniques/interventions as they would use them in a play therapy session.
